Amanda M. Stewart earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and a Master’s in Education, Administration and Supervision from Bowie State University. Currently a doctoral candidate (Higher Education) at Walden University, Amanda holds Maryland Administrative I & II certifications as well as an Advanced Professional Certificate in Biology, Special Education, and Health Education. With over two decades of experience in education, Amanda is dedicated to ensuring all students have access to an appropriate and rigorous education. She firmly believes that education has the power to transform not only individuals but entire families. Amanda resides in Waldorf, Maryland, with her husband and son, where she actively contributes to the local community.
