Katelyn Vise serves as the Director of Human Resources and Finance at K Altman Law, where she plays a key role in supporting the firm’s people, culture, and financial health. With more than a decade of law firm management experience, she brings a thoughtful, steady approach to the work that helps the firm grow and operate effectively.
Katelyn began her career as a paralegal after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Liberty University. Over time, she transitioned from legal support into law firm management, building extensive experience in human resources and financial oversight. Her background gives her a well-rounded understanding of both the legal profession, and the internal structure needed to support attorneys, staff, and clients.
In her role, Katelyn focuses on fostering a strong workplace culture, supporting employees, and helping maintain the firm’s financial strength. She is known for her practical judgment, professionalism, and approachable leadership style, and she is committed to helping create an environment where both people and the organization can thrive.
A Virginia native, Katelyn is a wife and mother who enjoys spending much of her free time with her family on their family farm.
