Scholarship Information
About the Fall 2026 Scholarship
K Altman Law created the Fall 2026 Scholarship to support a student who demonstrated academic excellence, thoughtful ambition, and a commitment to pursuing higher education.
Eligibility Criteria
The scholarship was open to students currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, graduate, or professional program in the United States. This included students attending accredited community colleges, high school seniors, and individuals with a GED who had been accepted to or enrolled in an accredited program.
Applicants were required to be in good academic standing with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.00.
Essay Prompt and Questions
Applicants responded to one of the following questions in an essay of 1,000 words or less:
- What impact do you hope to have on your chosen field of study?
- Describe an experience that challenged your perspective on justice and how it influenced your academic goals.
Required Application Materials
- A current résumé in PDF format
- An essay between 800 and 1,000 words, with creativity in expression encouraged
- A current unofficial transcript
