What are the most basic Civil Rights in Prison?
According to the Bureau of Prisons, Alcatraz is where Federal prisons sent unruly inmates who other Federal Prisons could not control. At this location, a prisoner was granted four rights: food, clothing, shelter, and medical care. Unfortunately, today prisons do not always grant these four fundamental rights to inmates convicted of much lesser crimes than those committed by prisoners at Alcatraz.
