Her work has spanned student affairs, strategic enrollment management, academic advising, and recruitment across community colleges, medical schools, and health sciences institutions. Mindi earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland University College in Heidelberg, Germany, and her Master of Science in Student Personnel Administration from Illinois State University. She also holds certification in Bias Reduction in Internal Medicine (BRIM), reflecting her commitment to equity and inclusion in education. Driven by a deep belief in student advocacy and second chances, Mindi approaches her work with empathy, integrity, and a collaborative spirit. She is passionate about helping students navigate complex systems and ensuring their voices are heard.
Mindi resides in Arizona with her family and enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and exploring new places together.
