K Altman Law - Year-to-Date Update | July 2025
Relentless Forward Momentum – A Message from the COO/Managing Director
We’ve made real progress—launching new operational systems, expanding strategic partnerships, introducing an innovative subscription model for Special Education advocacy, and broadening our digital presence to strengthen visibility and access.
What makes this growth truly meaningful is the team behind it. Over the past year, we’ve focused on developing strong leaders across departments and deepening our culture of accountability, service, and compassion. This commitment to internal growth ensures long-term consistency and better outcomes for those we represent.
Our recent leadership summit reaffirmed the strength of our team, aligned in purpose, energized by challenge, and committed to building a sustainable and mission-driven firm.
K Altman Law – A Year of Meaningful Progress
We’ve enhanced every area of the firm—streamlining workflows, expanding our litigation and advocacy capabilities, and strengthening our intake and client support systems. We’ve welcomed new team members and introduced fresh thinking and energy into our operations.
This year also brought its challenges—from unexpected losses to difficult transitions. But through it all, our team showed up with resilience, empathy, and a steadfast belief in the work we do. Each department has emerged stronger and more focused, ready to meet the increasing demand for our services.
Importantly, we’ve continued to invest in accessibility, rolling out models and processes that make our services more reachable for underserved and cost-sensitive communities. This isn’t just about growth—it’s about growing with integrity and purpose.
Expanding Impact through Partnerships and Visibility
Our presence and partnerships have grown across educational, legal, and healthcare communities. Through webinars, training sessions, and collaborative efforts, we’ve expanded awareness around the challenges our clients face and the solutions we provide.
We’ve also made significant progress in how we share our story, leveraging digital platforms to connect with more families and institutions across the country. These efforts are already driving stronger engagement, higher-quality inquiries, and deeper trust in the work we do.
A Look Ahead
Sustainable growth requires more than numbers. It takes a unified vision, a committed team, and an unwavering focus on the people we serve. As we look ahead to the rest of 2025 and beyond, we remain grounded in our mission and excited about what’s next.
To our clients and partners: our expansion means more resources, enhanced capabilities, and a deeper commitment to the outcomes that matter to you.
To our team: thank you for your resilience, creativity, and continued pursuit of excellence.
The path forward is clear—and we’re taking it together.

Keith Altman Leads National Education Law Group
We’re proud to announce that Keith Altman, founder of K Altman Law, now chairs the Education Law Litigation Group of the American Association for Justice (AAJ). This national group focuses on student rights in areas like Title IX, special education, academic integrity, and disciplinary actions. Under Keith’s leadership, K Altman Law is helping shape the future of education law—offering clients cutting-edge legal strategy, nationwide insight, and unwavering advocacy.
Over the last few months, one of our Special Education Advocates has been working closely with a family to advocate for a twice-exceptional student with high social-emotional needs and high intelligence for a more appropriate placement than the public school can offer to meet this student’s unique needs. Just this week, we got approval from the district for private day placement, and have started the application and referral process to specialized schools. Securing approval for private placement without going through due process is a huge win, as schools don’t often want to admit they can’t meet students needs and bear the cost for private placement.
I have a very complex case involving out of state fraudulent racketeering schemes, bogus lawsuits with default judgement and forgery. (This is for real. You can’t make this stuff up!) This lawfirm is relentless with the fight for what is right. They will not back down and can handle the seemingly impossible. They will dig and find what you don’t know to help with your battle. It’s amazing and encouraging to watch the tables turn from being against you to being actually for you! Courtroom and litigation strategies unfold to put you as the victorious victim instead of the defeated bullied chump. I will highly recommend kaltman law firm. They took on my tough case and I am blessed by the experience.
